Refund Policies

These Refund & Cancellation Policies govern all ticket sales, tour reservations, live events, gift certificates, and account credits offered by Wino Event Company, doing business as Texas Winos, Wino, and Winos ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). By completing a purchase or initiating a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these requirements.
1. LIVE EVENT TICKET REFUND WINDOW
To qualify for a full refund of a live event or tour registration fee, you must formally cancel your reservation at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the event's officially scheduled start time. Any cancellation requests received less than 72 hours before the scheduled start time will be strictly ineligible for a refund, cash return, or merchant chargeback.
2. LIVE EVENT RESCHEDULING WINDOWS
Requests to reschedule an active reservation or move a booking to an alternative tour date must be executed at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the event's start time. If an eligible modification request is submitted within this appropriate window, the transaction will be canceled, and the full face-value of the registration fee will be returned to your user account as a Credit for future booking use.
3. PARTNER OBLIGATIONS & PRICE PROTECTION
Our company structures tours and events alongside dedicated third-party venue hosts, vineyards, and catering partners well in advance of each event date. The Company contractually guarantees precise attendee tallies to these partners and is held fully responsible for pre-paid tasting fees, transportation, and food logistics regardless of individual guest attendance. We strictly enforce our 72-hour cancellation threshold to mitigate structural financial overhead, allowing us to maintain a low and accessible price point for all patrons.
4. GIFT CERTIFICATE & ACCOUNT CREDIT REFUNDS
The Company handles physical gift certificates, digital vouchers, and standard account credits (collectively, "Credits") interchangeably. The specific consumer options governing Credits are outlined below:
- The 30-Day Refund Window: Cash refunds for newly purchased Credits are strictly restricted to a window of thirty (30) days from the initial purchase date. Once thirty days have elapsed, the funds become completely non-refundable.
- Contractual Lifespan: Subject to local multi-state consumer legislation, unused Credits remain valid on account for up to seven (7) years from the original issuance date.
- Application Restrictions: Utilizing an active account Credit to register for a live event does not refresh, extend, or reset the original 30-day cash refund eligibility window of those underlying funds.
5. LATE CANCELLATIONS & TICKET TRANSFERS
If a tour booking modification or cancellation is initiated less than seventy-two (72) hours before an event, the registration can neither be rescheduled nor refunded, and any associated Credit or cash value is immediately forfeited.
However, to minimize guest inconvenience, the active reservation remains completely transferable. You possess the right to assign your exact reserved booking spot to an alternative individual (friend, family member, or third party) to attend that specific scheduled tour or live event in your place.
